Find every callback your team promised.
Pinpoint finds the promises in every call and text, shows which ones have no follow-up yet and proposes the next step. A person decides what happens.
Four promises were made on calls from September 14 to 18. One has no later call or text in this range.

What follow-up tracking is
Follow-up tracking means knowing, for every promise a rep makes to a customer, whether it was kept: the callback on Thursday, the quote by Friday, the details by text. Most teams track it in a rep's memory or a field someone forgot to fill in. Pinpoint finds each promise in the call or text where it was made, and shows the later conversation that kept it or says that none turned up.

How it works
- 01
Promises are found
Pinpoint reads every call, and every text thread from a connected phone system, for what was promised: a callback, a quote, details by text. Each promise links to the second or the message where it was made, with the day if one was named.
- 02
Open promises come forward
Ask which promises have no follow-up yet. The answer lists each one with the call behind it and the later call or text that kept it, if one exists, and says so when the calls can't show it.
- 03
A next step is proposed
For an open promise, Pinpoint proposes the next step and suggests the wording. A person reads it, then calls or texts the customer from your own phone system.

Approved follow-up
Building · target December 2026
A manager will approve a drafted follow-up before it goes out, and every step will leave a receipt: proposed, approved, sent and answered. Until then, nothing is sent from Pinpoint.
What a manager sees
- Every promise made on a call or in a text, with the moment it was made.
- The promises with no later call or text yet, and the ones the calls can't show.
- Text threads waiting on a reply from your team.
- A proposed next step with suggested wording, marked as not sent.

Does Pinpoint follow up with customers for us?
No. It finds the promise, shows whether a later call or text kept it and proposes the next step with suggested wording. A person on your team decides and sends it. Pinpoint never places calls, and approved sending is building, with a target of December 2026.
What counts as a promise?
Anything a rep commits to doing for the customer: a callback, a quote, details by text, an answer to check and bring back. When the rep names a day or a time, the promise carries it.
Does a missing follow-up mean the customer was ignored?
No. It means no later call or text with that customer turned up in the conversations Pinpoint can see. Someone may have called from a personal phone or answered by email. It tells you where to look, and the call shows what was promised.
Are calls and texts joined into one customer?
When you ask about a customer, the answer cites the calls and texts it found for them. Joining every conversation into one customer record, with a task for each promise, is building. Until then, nothing is joined on a guess about a name or a number.
Which follow-up can it find in texts?
Threads waiting on a reply from your team, questions left unanswered and times suggested but never confirmed. Texts are read with a connected phone system, and we confirm how yours arrive before any commitment.
How can we see this on our own calls?
Start with the free 48-hour call review. Send 20 to 50 recorded calls and the report lists every promise found, whether a follow-up appears in the calls you sent and the moments worth hearing, with every finding checked by a person.
