One change to practiceWhat coaching from real calls is
Coaching from real calls means developing a rep from the conversations they actually had, not from memory or a monthly scorecard. The manager plays the moment, the rep hears their own words, and the two agree on one thing to say differently next time. Pinpoint gathers each rep's calls and texts, marks the moments worth playing and shows the pattern across the week, so the one-on-one starts from evidence instead of a hunch.

How it works
- 01
Every conversation, not a sample
Each rep's recorded calls and text threads are gathered for the week you pick, so coaching starts from everything they said instead of the one call you happened to hear.
- 02
The moments are already marked
The question that opened a customer up, the price given with no time offered, the objection left open: each is marked at its second, so you play it instead of searching for it.
- 03
The pattern shows the habit
One call is an anecdote. Across a week the same moment either repeats or it does not, and the pattern is counted in calls, each count opening to the calls behind it.
- 04
One change to practice
Take one clip and one sentence into a short one-on-one. The rep hears the moment in their own voice, you agree on what to say instead, and you know which moment to listen for next week.
What a manager sees
- Each rep's calls and text threads for the week, in one place.
- The moments worth playing in a one-on-one, each at its second.
- The pattern across the week, counted in calls, with the calls behind it.
- One suggested change, written as a sentence the rep can practice.
Questions about coaching from real calls
Something else? Ask on a walkthrough.
Does Pinpoint score or rank my reps?
No. Every finding is about a call: what was asked, what was answered, whether a time was offered. Pinpoint does not grade people or build leaderboards. A pattern across a week tells you what to coach, and what it means for a person is your decision, made from the evidence.
Where do the coaching moments come from?
From the calls themselves. Each recorded call is transcribed and read for the moments that matter in a sale: questions asked, objections answered or left open, prices given, times offered and next steps agreed. Each moment keeps its second, so it opens in the recording where it happened.
Does it work with texts too?
Yes, with a connected phone system. Text threads are read for the same moments as calls, such as a question left unanswered or a price sent with no time offered. We confirm how your texts arrive before any commitment.
Can reps practice with an AI customer?
Not in the product. AI roleplay training is planned, and no date is set. Coaching from real calls is what Pinpoint offers now: the rep practices the one change on the next real call, and you listen for it.
How can we try it on our own calls?
Start with the free 48-hour call review. Send 20 to 50 recorded calls and you get a report of the moments worth hearing, the promises made and the objections left open, with every finding checked by a person.
