Is there a contract?

No fixed term. Pinpoint is month to month, and you can cancel with seven days’ written notice.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. The monthly fee is the only charge. Sales tax is added where it applies.

What counts as a location?

One dealership rooftop. A group with three stores has three covered locations, each at the same monthly price.

What do we need to get started?

A 30-minute walkthrough, then onboarding, where we connect the phone and texting systems your dealership already uses. There is nothing to upload and no hardware to install.

How is Pinpoint billed?

Monthly, in advance, by invoice for each covered location.

Do you use our conversations to train AI models?

No. Your calls and texts are hosted and processed in the United States, expire 30 days after they arrive, and are never used to train models.
