Ask about any customer, get the evidence.
Type a question about a customer, a week or a rep, and get an answer built from the actual conversations, with the moments it came from attached. It proposes the next step. It does not take it.
Not yet. Danny held Saturday at 12:30 on the call and said he would text a confirmation.
No confirmation text has gone out. Proposed next step: send it today and ask Trevor to reply with a yes.
What manager assistant is
A manager assistant is a way to investigate a dealership's own conversations by asking a question in plain language and getting an answer that shows its sources. In Pinpoint, the answer is drawn from published calls and texts inside the range you are looking at, every claim carries the moment it came from, and the assistant proposes a next step for a person to approve rather than acting on its own.
Available today for cited investigation and proposed next steps across your published calls and texts.
How it works
- 01
You ask in plain language
Ask the way you would ask a person: what happened with the Tahoe lead from Tuesday, which calls had a trade and no appointment, what is my team saying when a customer brings up price. No query builder and no report to configure.
- 02
It reads your own conversations
The answer is built from your store's published calls and texts in the range on screen, not from general knowledge about car sales. Counts come from the same numbers the dashboard shows, and the quoted moments come from the recordings and threads themselves.
- 03
Every claim is cited
Each part of the answer carries the call or thread behind it. Open a citation and you are in the conversation at that second, so you can agree or disagree with the answer on the evidence instead of on the tone of the writing.
- 04
You decide the next step
The assistant ends with a proposal: the customer to call back, the thread to answer, the rep to sit with. It writes nothing to your CRM, sends nothing to a customer and takes no action. Today it proposes, and a person acts.
What a manager sees
- A written answer with the calls and threads it came from.
- Citations you can open and hear at the exact moment.
- A proposed next step for the customer or the rep.
- A saved thread of the questions you asked this week.
Questions about manager assistant
What can I ask it?
Anything you would ask a manager who had heard every call: what happened with a particular customer, which conversations had a trade and no appointment, how your team handled price this week, what is still waiting on a reply. The answer comes back with the conversations behind it and a proposed next step.
Does it ever act on an answer?
Not today. It proposes a next step and stops there. It cannot write to a CRM, send a text or place a call in this version, and when acting is added it will run only on approvals and permissions your dealership configures. A proposal and an action are deliberately two different things.
Can the assistant be wrong?
It can miss things, which is why every claim carries its evidence. If the assistant finds no example of something, that does not prove it never happened; it means nothing matching turned up in the conversations it can see. Open the citations and judge the answer on the moments, not on how confident it sounds.
Does it know anything outside my store?
No. It answers from your dealership's own published calls and texts inside the range you are looking at. It is not a general chatbot with opinions about car sales, and it will not tell you what other stores do. If your conversations do not cover a question, the answer says so.
Do the numbers match the dashboard?
Yes. Counts in an answer come from the same snapshot the dashboard uses for the range you have selected, so the assistant and the screen never disagree with each other. The quoted moments come from the conversations themselves and are there to show you where a number came from, not to recalculate it.
