Coach from what was actually said.
See each rep across their real conversations: the moments that went well, the habit that shows up again and again, and the one change worth practicing this week. Every note points to a call you can play.
What rep coaching is
Rep coaching is the practice of developing a salesperson from their own recorded conversations instead of from memory or a monthly scorecard. Pinpoint groups a rep's calls and threads, marks the moments where the conversation turned, shows the pattern across the week and suggests one specific change. The observations describe calls and what was said in them, not a ranking of people, and every one of them opens to its evidence.
Available today for per-rep review of calls and texts, with the marked moments and the evidence behind each note.
How it works
- 01
Conversations group by rep
Each rep's calls and text threads are gathered in one place, drawn from verified source records rather than a guess about who was on the line. You can look at a day, a week or a month without building anything.
- 02
Moments are marked
Inside each conversation, the turning points are marked: the question that opened the customer up, the objection that went unanswered, the close that never came. These are moments in a call, with the seconds attached, not a judgment about the person who made it.
- 03
The pattern shows up
One call is an anecdote. Across a week you can see whether a rep asks for the appointment most of the time or rarely, whether they answer price the same way every time, and where the same sentence keeps showing up.
- 04
You run the one-on-one
Take one clip, one pattern and one change into a short sit-down. The rep hears the moment in their own voice, agrees on what to say instead, and you have somewhere concrete to check next week. The coaching note is yours to send or keep.
What a manager sees
- Every conversation a rep had, in one place.
- The marked moments worth playing in a one-on-one.
- A pattern across the week, with the calls behind it.
- One suggested change, written as a sentence to practice.
Questions about rep coaching
Does this score or rank my people?
No. Every observation is about a conversation: what was asked, what was answered, whether a time was offered. Those are facts about calls, not grades for people, and they do not produce a leaderboard. A pattern across a week tells you what to coach. What it means for a person is your call, from the evidence.
How long does a coaching session take?
About twenty minutes a week per rep. Play one clip, let them react, agree on one sentence they will use instead, and write down what you will check next week. The reason it stays short is that you are not searching for the moment; it is already marked and ready to play.
Can reps see their own conversations?
That depends on the permissions your dealership sets at onboarding. Some stores give reps their own calls and coaching notes, others keep review with managers. Either way, a rep hearing their own moment is usually the fastest way to change a habit, because there is nothing to argue about once the recording is playing.
What about a brand new salesperson?
Their first real conversations are their first evidence, so coaching starts as soon as they are on the phone. Practice against an AI customer before that first call is on the roadmap, and it will stay separate from real customer conversations. Until then, a new hire learns from their own early calls.
Should I use this in a performance review?
You can bring conversations to any meeting you run, but be careful what you claim from them. A marked moment shows what was said on a call. It does not establish that a sale was lost, that a customer came in or what a person is worth. Use it to coach behavior you can actually hear.
