Hear what happened on every call.
Every sales call is transcribed, read and marked with what the customer asked for and what the rep did next. You review the moment instead of the whole recording, and the recording is right there when you want it.
What call intelligence is
Call intelligence is the practice of turning recorded sales calls into structured, reviewable information: a timestamped transcript, the buying signals the customer gave, the way the appointment was handled, and the follow-up that was promised. Pinpoint applies this to every sales call a dealership takes, so a manager can search conversations by what happened in them and open the recording at the exact second any observation came from.
Available today for dealership sales calls, with the recording, the transcript and the marked moments in the dashboard.
How it works
- 01
Calls come in
Your phone system sends the call recording and its basic details to Pinpoint after the call ends. Nothing is uploaded by hand, and each connection is verified so a call always lands with the right store and the right rep.
- 02
The call is transcribed
The audio is turned into a transcript with a time on every line. The transcript is kept with the recording it came from, so any sentence you read can be played back in the customer's own voice.
- 03
Signals are marked
The conversation is read for what the customer wanted, the questions that went unanswered, whether a time was offered and held, and what the rep promised to do next. Each observation is pinned to the seconds it came from, so nothing is a summary you have to take on faith.
- 04
You review by exception
Calls are grouped so you can start with the ones worth your time: a strong buying signal with no appointment ask, an objection that never got answered, a missed call nobody returned. You open the flag, hear the moment and decide what to do.
What a manager sees
- A searchable transcript for every sales call, with the recording attached.
- The buying signals a customer gave, marked at the second they were said.
- A list of calls where a time was never offered or never confirmed.
- A short summary of what the rep promised and what is still open.
Questions about call intelligence
Do I have to listen to calls to use this?
No. Start from the list of conversations that carry something worth reviewing, open the marked moment and listen to that piece. A review takes a minute or two because you are hearing the ten seconds that matter rather than a twelve minute call. The full recording is there when you want the whole thing.
What does a flag on a call actually mean?
It means the conversation contains something worth reviewing, and it points you to the seconds where it happened. A flag does not establish that the sale was lost, that the customer came in, that a follow-up was completed or that revenue changed hands. You decide what it means after you hear it.
Does this score or rank my salespeople?
No. What Pinpoint marks are things that happened in a conversation: a question asked, an objection left standing, a time offered or not. Those observations are about calls, not about people, and they do not add up to a grade. You look at the pattern and decide what coaching a rep needs.
What happens to our recordings?
Calls are hosted and processed in the United States, and they expire thirty days after they arrive. Your conversations are never used to train AI models. While a call is there, the recording sits behind your dealership's permissions, and playback is checked against current access every time somebody presses play.
What if a call cannot be read?
Some calls arrive without usable audio, or too short to say anything about. Those are shown as not assessed rather than counted as a clean call with nothing in it. An empty result and a genuine finding of nothing are different things, and the dashboard keeps them apart so your review starts from what is actually known.
