What a sales call review is
A sales call review checks what happened on a call against what a good call contains: whether the rep asked what the customer needs, answered the objections, kept track of what was promised and agreed a next step. Done by hand, a manager hears a few calls a week and guesses about the rest. Pinpoint reviews every recorded call in your workspace, pins each finding to the second it happened and puts the calls worth hearing first.

How it works
- 01
Every call is reviewed
Each recorded call is transcribed and read for what the customer asked for, the objections they raised, the promises made on both sides and whether a next step was agreed. No call is skipped because nobody had time to listen.
- 02
Findings point to the second
Every finding links to its line in the transcript and its second in the recording. You hear the customer say it instead of trusting a label, and you can disagree with a finding on the evidence.
- 03
The calls worth hearing come first
Calls with an objection left open, a callback promised or no next step agreed rise to the top, and so do the calls that went well. A call that cannot be assessed is marked that way instead of counted as clean.
- 04
You decide what happens next
Play the moment, ask about a customer or a week and get an answer with the calls behind it, then take the finding to the rep. Pinpoint proposes and a person decides.
What a manager sees
- The calls worth hearing this week, each with the reason it is on the list.
- Every objection left open, promise made and next step missed, at the second it happened.
- A transcript of every recorded call, with the recording attached.
- Cited answers to questions about any call, customer or week.

Do I still have to listen to calls?
Only to the moments worth hearing. Each finding opens the recording at the second it happened, so you hear the customer's own words in a few seconds instead of replaying a whole call. The full recording is there when you want it.
What does the review look for?
What the customer asked for, the objections they raised and whether each one was answered, the promises made on both sides, and whether a next step was offered and agreed. Each finding points to the moment it came from.
Does the review grade or rank my reps?
No. Findings describe calls: a question asked, an objection left open, a next step agreed or not. Pinpoint does not score people or build leaderboards. You look at the calls and decide what coaching a rep needs.
What if a call cannot be reviewed?
Calls without usable audio, or too short to say anything about, are marked as not assessed instead of counted as clean. When a call cannot show whether something happened, the review says it can't tell rather than guessing.
How can we try it on our own calls?
Start with the free 48-hour call review. Send 20 to 50 recorded calls and you get a report of the promises, open objections and moments worth hearing in them, with every finding checked by a person.
