What this covers

This notice covers the public Pinpoint website at usepinpoint.ai: the pages, the booking pages, the free tools and the assistant inside them. Sign-in takes place at app.usepinpoint.ai; this website does not collect sign-in credentials or issue an account session. The Pinpoint application is covered separately, as described under The Pinpoint application.

Information you send us

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond. Avoid including customer records or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

Booking a walkthrough or a call review

The booking pages embed Cal.com. They collect your first name, company name, email address, phone number, chosen meeting time and time zone to arrange your walkthrough or call review. Booking details are shared with the Pinpoint team and its connected Google Calendar. Cal.com sends booking confirmations, email reminders and updates when a meeting is changed or cancelled.

Loading the calendar connects your browser to Cal.com, which processes technical requests and booking information under its privacy notice. This booking flow does not enroll you in SMS reminders or marketing messages.

Mobile information and SMS

We use a phone number you give us to arrange your meeting and to follow up on your request. Pinpoint Sales, LLC representatives may follow up by text about scheduling a meeting or answering questions about Pinpoint after you agree to receive texts on a call or text us first. We keep a record of your consent and opt-out requests.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share text message opt-in data or consent with any third party. See our SMS terms for message frequency, rates, help and how to opt out.

The tools and the assistant

The checks, composers and builders on the Resources pages run in your browser. What you type into them stays on your device unless you use the assistant.

When you ask the assistant a question, or practice a call with the AI customer, the text you type and the tool's current settings are sent to our server and passed to Google's Gemini API, in our own Google Cloud project, to produce the reply. We do not store your questions or the replies. Google processes them under its terms for paid API use, which do not allow using them to train its models. Do not include customer names, phone numbers or other personal information in what you send to the assistant. Requests are limited per visitor to keep the assistant available to everyone.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, whether a tool was used, whether a booking calendar loaded and whether a walkthrough or a call review was booked. Google sets first-party cookies (names beginning with _ga) that identify a browser, not a person, and receives the pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser information, and event names without their contents. Booking events never include the details you enter in the calendar. Google processes this data on our behalf under its terms for partner sites. You can block these cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Hosting and technical requests

Vercel hosts this website. Delivering the site involves technical requests that may include IP addresses, browser information, request times and errors. Vercel's processing and retention practices are described in its privacy notice.

The public website does not create authentication cookies or request access to your email, contacts, calendar or files.

Illustrative product content

People, calls, texts, metrics and analysis shown on this website are synthetic examples. The website does not ingest customer conversations. Application data handling and account access are separate from browsing this public website.

The Pinpoint application

The Pinpoint application at app.usepinpoint.ai is provided to companies under a written agreement with Pinpoint Sales, LLC. That agreement, including its order form and data terms, governs how the application receives, processes, keeps and deletes your company's calls, texts and other data. This notice covers only the public website. Use of the website is governed by our published Terms of Use.
