This page explains how the current Pinpoint demo at usepinpoint.ai and sign-in at app.usepinpoint.ai handle information. You can explore the public demo without signing in.

Information used for sign-in

When you choose an available Google or Microsoft sign-in option, that provider authenticates you. Pinpoint receives your name, email address when supplied, and the account identifier assigned by the provider. Google may also supply your profile image URL and email-verification status. The current Microsoft sign-in does not request a profile image.

We use this information to verify your identity, maintain your session, and show who is signed in. Pinpoint does not receive your Google or Microsoft password. Sign-in requests basic identity information; it does not request access to your email messages, contacts, calendar, or files.

Cookies and session duration

Your session identity is stored in an encrypted, secure, HTTP-only browser cookie. Its expiry is set to 24 hours and can be renewed when you use the sign-in page. Additional cookies support the sign-in request and help protect it against forgery.

Pinpoint currently has no customer database or server-side account store. The session establishes identity only; it does not create a customer workspace or connect dealership systems.

Hosting, providers, and logs

Vercel hosts the website and runs its sign-in service. Vercel and the sign-in provider process requests to deliver their services and may retain technical logs, including request times, IP addresses, browser information, and errors. Pinpoint's authentication code logs error and warning codes for troubleshooting; it is not configured to log full identity profiles or provider tokens. Provider log retention follows their own policies.

Read the privacy notices from Vercel, Google, and Microsoft for their processing practices.

The current demo

All demo people, calls, recordings, and analysis examples are synthetic. This site has no customer call uploads, live call ingestion, CRM connection, or advertising integration. The chat demonstration has no connected AI provider. Please avoid entering real customer information while exploring the demo.

Your choices and questions

Use Sign out on the app page to remove the session cookie from that browser. You can also clear the site's cookies in your browser settings. Review or remove Pinpoint's connection through your Google Account or your Microsoft account's app permissions. For work or school accounts, Microsoft provides instructions for managing permissions in My Apps. Removing a provider connection does not replace signing out of an existing Pinpoint session.

For privacy questions or requests, email emre@benian.ai. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond. This notice will be updated when the site's data handling changes.
