What these terms cover

These terms describe use of the public Pinpoint website at usepinpoint.ai, its free tools, the assistant inside them and its illustrative product content. The Pinpoint application is governed by a separate written agreement, as described under The Pinpoint application.

Product previews and direction

People, calls, texts, metrics and analysis shown here are synthetic. Examples illustrate the intended manager experience and are not evidence of actual customer behavior, employee performance or business results. Capabilities labeled Building or Planned are product direction, not a commitment to availability or a delivery date.

The tools and the assistant

The tools and the assistant are provided free for sales teams to use as they are. The state-by-state datasets and anything the assistant says about recording, disclosure or consent are general information, not legal advice; confirm your team's practice with counsel. Replies from the assistant are generated by an AI model and can be wrong; review them before you act on them. Do not use the tools or the assistant to send personal information about customers, to generate unlawful content or to interfere with the service.

The Pinpoint application

Sign-in takes place at app.usepinpoint.ai. The application is provided to companies under a written agreement with Pinpoint Sales, LLC, made up of an order form and its subscription terms. That agreement, not these terms, governs the application, the data your company provides to it and any fees. These published Terms of Use cover the public website, and the Privacy Policy explains how the website handles information.

Browsing this website, using a tool or requesting a walkthrough or a call review does not create an application account, grant workspace membership, connect customer data or start a paid subscription.

SMS terms

Pinpoint Sales, LLC representatives send texts to business contacts about scheduling meetings and answering questions about Pinpoint. You opt in by agreeing to receive texts during a call with a representative or by texting us first. Providing a phone number on this website or booking a meeting does not enroll you in texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or contact info@usepinpoint.ai. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and consent.

Responsible use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or bypass its security controls or request limits.
• Do not present synthetic examples as real customer results.
• Do not copy the datasets or guides for resale; linking to them and quoting them with attribution is welcome.
