All-party consent

In an all-party consent state, permission from one participant is not enough: everyone on the call must consent. Florida applies this standard under Fla. Stat. 934.03, which prohibits intentionally intercepting a wire, oral or electronic communication unless an exception such as consent applies.

Every participant counts, so a spouse, a co-signer, an interpreter or a manager joining for a turn over is a new party to consider. This is general information, not legal advice.
