AI roleplay training

Practice conversations where software plays the customer, so a rep can rehearse a hard call before having it with a real one.

AI roleplay training is drill work. The rep calls into a simulated customer, works through a scenario such as a price question on a first call or a trade objection, and gets the same situation again until the response stops sounding rehearsed. The scenarios come from real situations the store keeps losing.

It does not replace coaching from a manager. It replaces the part of coaching that is pure repetition, which is the part managers rarely have time for and new hires need most. A practice call also costs nothing when it goes badly, which is the whole point.

Why it matters for a sales manager

New hires learn on live customers because there is nowhere else to practice, and every clumsy first call is a real opportunity spent on training. Drilling the four or five conversations that actually decide your appointment rate moves that practice off the paid traffic, and it gives you something to assign after a coaching session other than try harder next time.
